Spotted a price that changed at your store? A calorie count that does not match the official PDF? A new Cook Out opening in your town? Reader corrections are the #1 way this fan-made guide fulfills its purpose — accurate, up-to-date menu details for everyone. Reach us through the project issue tracker below. Please note: we are not Cook Out, Inc. — for anything about an actual restaurant visit, use the official channels in the red box, not us.
✏️Send a Correction (Best Way)
Open an issue on our public project tracker — no account beyond a free GitHub login, and every report is visible so the fix can be tracked:
Please include:
- Store city & state (prices vary by location)
- The item name exactly as on the board
- The price or calorie figure you saw + the date
- A photo of the board if you have one (optional, hugely helpful)

Before You Write — Quick Answers
Why is the price different at my Cook Out?
Board prices vary by store and tax. We publish the most common 2026 prices (Tray $7.39, Jr. Tray $6.39, shakes $3.99) with observed ranges. Tell us your city + the board price and we will update the range.
My shake / seasonal item is missing — can you add it?
Yes — seasonals like Fresh Watermelon and Eggnog rotate. Send the name, price and dates you saw it, and we will add it with calories from the official nutrition PDF where available.
Can you add my city (Pigeon Forge, Wake Forest, Prattville…)?
City pages are added based on reader demand — request yours in the tracker. Meanwhile the locations hub covers hours and prices chainwide.
